excellent location for crater access, beautifully designed luxury tent, stunning views from the rim
The communication regarding vehicle availability for game drives is lacking!!! Insulation in the tent needs improvement, as outside noise can be distracting!!! Confusing billing process that left me unsettled!!!

The luxury tent offered breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro crater, and I especially loved the cozy seating area that was perfect for relaxing with a book. The luxury tent offered breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro crater. The location is truly something special, just a stone's throw from the crater entrance. I particularly enjoyed the beautifully designed space, which enhanced the overall atmosphere. However, communication about game drives needed improvement. I found it frustrating to learn late that getting a vehicle for such a drive would be difficult. Our arrival from Arusha was long and tiring, but the warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff made it easier. Unfortunately, the insulation in the tent could use some enhancements. I noticed noise from outside was a bit distracting at times. Dining was excellent, and I especially appreciated the variety offered for breakfast. Still, the remote location does make logistics a bit tricky. I appreciate the amenities provided, but the complications regarding vehicle availability and insulation do need addressing.
